Stommen levereras som prefab. Man kan montera själv och ordna inredning, alternativt ta entreprenör till hjälp.

🇸🇪 Alla byggmaterial och installationer är granskade och dokumenterade utifrån klimat- och miljösynvinkel. Det energieffektiva huset med väl valda material och produkter möjliggör ett gott inomhusklimat. Bostaden är enkel att drifta och sköta.

Förutom en värmepump för uppvärmning så finns möjligheter till en vedspis med synlig eld och kokplatta som ger värme och mys när så önskas, men som även skänker säkerhet vid eventuella elavbrott. Solceller kan installeras.

In addition to a heat pump for heating, there is the option of a wood-burning stove with an open fire and a hob, which provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere when desired, but also offers peace of mind in the event of a power cut. Solar panels can be installed.
